Lapadokter’s Thatch Binding Fire Resistant acts as the same base Binding Product with a kick of Fire Resistant agents and a potent adhesive-like product, tightly bonding thatch reeds to create a resilient defense against common issues.

Crafted with precision, it enables thatches to resist fire and bird disturbances, handle spot repairs effectively, reduce dust accumulation, and withstand wind damage.

Its exceptional performance is particularly noticeable at critical areas such as roof caps, chimneys, and the base “footline,” ensuring reeds remain intact and secure.

Application:

Interior: Brush-On or Spray Using a Compressor (50L or bigger)

Exterior: Brush-On may be used, but recommended that it is sprayed with a compressor for best results

Note: Best used when your Thatch/Lapa has been brushed, repaired or given a new layer of Thatch
